Every website starts with a conversation.
We'll discuss your business, your goals, the people you'd like to reach and the features you'd like your website to include.
If we're both happy to move forward, I'll provide confirmation of the agreed project together with the Project Booking Fee required before work begins.
No work will begin until the Project Booking Fee has been received.
A non-refundable Project Booking Fee of 75% is required before work begins.
This reserves your place in my schedule and allows me to begin planning, designing and developing your website immediately.
The remaining balance is due before your website is published or transferred to your chosen domain.
Ownership of the completed website remains with MyWebTone until full payment has been received.
Creating a website is a collaborative process.
To help keep your project running smoothly, I'll ask you to provide any photographs, logos, written content or other information needed to build your website.
I'll guide you whenever needed and explain everything in plain English.
You never need to understand website software or Artificial Intelligence tools.
Simply provide the information you'd like included and I'll take care of the technical side.
Every website is personally designed and built by me.
Throughout the project you'll have opportunities to review the design before your website is completed.
Each project includes one professionally designed concept and two refinement rounds.
Refinement rounds are intended for improving the agreed design rather than creating an entirely new website.
If additional work is requested beyond the included refinements, I'll always discuss any additional costs with you before carrying out the work.
Clear communication helps every project run smoothly.
I'll always do my best to respond promptly and keep you informed throughout your project.
I kindly ask that feedback, approvals and requested content are also provided within a reasonable timeframe so your project can continue without unnecessary delays.
Every project is different.
Estimated completion times will always be discussed before work begins.
Timescales may vary depending on the size of your website, the speed at which content is provided, the number of revisions requested and existing client commitments.
If anything changes during your project, I'll always keep you informed.
If I'm unable to continue because I'm waiting for content, photographs, approvals or feedback for more than 90 days, your project may be placed on hold.
Projects can usually be restarted later, although additional charges may apply depending on the amount of work required.
Before your website goes live, you'll have the opportunity to review everything carefully.
Once you're happy with the finished website and the remaining balance has been received, I'll publish your website or transfer it to your chosen domain.
Launching your website isn't the end of our journey.
If you'd like help updating your website in the future, I'm always happy to help, subject to my availability.
Website updates are quoted separately according to the work required.
Every website I create is personally planned, designed, reviewed and managed by me.
I don't outsource projects.
I don't hand your website to someone else halfway through.
My goal is simple: to make the entire process as straightforward, enjoyable and stress-free as possible while creating a website that genuinely reflects you and your business.
