A plain English explanation of what I collect and why. Please treat this as a starting point to review before your website goes live.
What I collect
When you complete the Start Here form or email me, I collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, business name and what you would like your website to do.
Why I collect it
I use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if we work together, build and support your website.
Sharing
I do not sell your information. It is shared only with the trusted services needed to run this website and send email, and only where necessary. Card payments, including Care Plan subscriptions, are processed securely by Stripe; MyWebTone never sees or stores your card details.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards for my own records.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Simply email me and I will help.
